Working Holiday Visas
Both Australia and New Zealand offer working holiday visas for passport holders of some nationalities.
The initial one-year visa can be extended after first year’s depending upon meeting certain criterion.

Skilled Visas
Australia and New Zealand will accept over 150’000 skilled migrants this year.
All skilled visas in Australia(some in New Zealand) require a successful skill assessment outcome in the occupation you wish to apply for residence visa.
In addition to the above you must meet visa criterion, obtain the required points score in order to be invited to by immigration department to apply for the visa.

Tribunal
For Australian visas, Administrative Appeals tribunal (AAT) and for New Zealand Visas, Immigration and Protection Tribunal (IPT) review the decision of immigration department.
A valid application must be lodged before the review deadline expires.
If after the appeal outcome, immigration department does not act upon tribunal’s order, one can seek assistance from Commonwealth Ombudsman.
Some tribunal applications attract a fee which may be waived if an applicant has financial hardship. Upon successful outcome of the appeal, the applicant may receive part-refund of the application fee.
